The Half Moon Bay Golf Course is home to many species including the beautifully coloured rainbow bee eaters, lorikeets, curlews and plovers just to name a few. Binoculars are available for hire, and books and bird lists are available for your use.
Birds are abundant in the area around the apartments/condominiums, and the adjacent lagoon at the golf course hosts many water fowl and birds including varieties of egrets, cormorants, ibis, darters and pelicans.
